Nelson Barrera Baseball League by Hector Lopez

Nelson Barrera Baseball League was founded in 1999. What originally began as a youth baseball league with a few teams, over the years turned into one of the longest running baseball leagues in the valley. Founder, Hector Cruz Lopez, started the league in hopes of using the great game of Baseball to help kids learn to play and stay away from drugs. 20 years fast forward, now an adult baseball league, NBBL continues to grow and share the values, respect, passion for the great game of baseball. Hector has a passion for baseball and only hopes to continue with a tradition and culture that unites the Hispanic community. The league has brought many years of great competition and we strive to continue to share the great game of baseball with our community.
